Christopher Slack
CHRISTOPHER SLACK
Slack was born in Cape Town (1970) and studied at the Michaelis School of Fine Art, majoring in printmaking. Since 1996 he has held various solo exhibitions in Cape Town at the AVA Gallery, Blank Projects and UCA Gallery, and has participated in various group exhibitions around South Africa, including the recent ‘Fresh’ at Everard Read, Cape Town. He has exhibited at the Utrecht Art Fair in the Netherlands.
Slack is currently artist in residence at the Bijou Artists’ Studio in Observatory.
