BiographyNathalie Chabrier is a painter, lithographer, illustrator, pastellist, watercolorist, and potter. She studied at the École des Arts Appliqués and the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. In October 1954 she married French painter and educator Roger Forissier (1924 - 2003). In the 1960s they settled in Recloses in the forest of Fontainebleau. The couple traveled the world and often exhibitied together. Having created murals, designs for tapestries, stained glass windows and ceramics, Nathalie is best-known for typical Paris street scenes of the late 1950s.
