BiographyDr. Seema Sharma Shah was born in 1966 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. She studied at Banaras Hindi University in Varanasi, earning a BFA in Painting in 1988, an MFA in Printmaking in 1990, and a PhD in Printmaking in 1998.
